Good question! At Parallel we understand that the cost of hiring an experienced full-time Senior Designer or Creative Director can be very expensive, ranging from $90,000 - $150,000+ per year. Additionally, many businesses may not require the services of a full-time designer. That's why we're here to deliver the creative resources you need, when you need it, without gaps in productivity or underutilised time. This way, you can save money and focus on other important aspects of your business. By working with us, you can get access to a team of experienced and skilled professionals, without the costs and headaches of managing and maintaining an in-house creative team or dealing with many different unreliable freelancers.
The short answer is no. Once you're subscribed to one of our design plans, there is no limit to how many requests you can submit. You are able to add as many requests to your queue as you need, and they will be processed one by one based on priority set by you or your team.
The turnaround time for design requests will depend on the complexity of the project, but on average, It could be anywhere from 24h for simple tasks to 4 weeks for massive projects. We understand that your time is valuable, and we'll work with you to deliver your designs as quickly as possible, without compromising the quality of the final product.
Our preferred method is through our custom-designed Trello board, specifically tailored to your company's needs. This board will be easy to use and will allow you to invite as many collaborators or team members as needed.
Yes, you can certainly request designs for multiple brands and projects with our design pro plan. Many of our clients have multiple businesses, and we're happy to work with you to create designs that are tailored to each individual brand.
We understand that design can be subjective, and it's important to us that you're completely satisfied with the final product. If for any reason you're not happy with the initial design we present to you, we will work with you to revise it until you're completely satisfied.
While our main focus is on providing design and web development on a subscription basis, we do also allocate some time each month for one-off projects. Please reach out to us, we will schedule a discovery call to understand your needs and will provide you with a proposal.
If you plan to resell any of the designs, such as creating a NFT or merchandise, please let us know during the design process so that we can create the designs from scratch and you will have full rights to sell them.
