The short answer is no. Once you're subscribed to one of our design plans, there is no limit to how many requests you can submit. You are able to add as many requests to your queue as you need, and they will be processed one by one based on priority set by you or your team.

The turnaround time for design requests will depend on the complexity of the project, but on average, It could be anywhere from 24h for simple tasks to 4 weeks for massive projects. We understand that your time is valuable, and we'll work with you to deliver your designs as quickly as possible, without compromising the quality of the final product.

Our preferred method is through our custom-designed Trello board, specifically tailored to your company's needs. This board will be easy to use and will allow you to invite as many collaborators or team members as needed.

Yes, you can certainly request designs for multiple brands and projects with our design pro plan. Many of our clients have multiple businesses, and we're happy to work with you to create designs that are tailored to each individual brand.

We understand that design can be subjective, and it's important to us that you're completely satisfied with the final product. If for any reason you're not happy with the initial design we present to you, we will work with you to revise it until you're completely satisfied.

While our main focus is on providing design and web development on a subscription basis, we do also allocate some time each month for one-off projects. Please reach out to us, we will schedule a discovery call to understand your needs and will provide you with a proposal.

If you plan to resell any of the designs, such as creating a NFT or merchandise, please let us know during the design process so that we can create the designs from scratch and you will have full rights to sell them.

Our headquarters is located in Byron Bay, New South Wales, Australia. However, we do have team members located in different locations and are able to service clients across Australia and Worldwide. Additionally, we offer client visits on a quarterly basis in major cities such as Sydney, Melbourne, Gold Coast and Brisbane if required. This allows us to meet with our clients face-to-face, understand their needs and set quarterly goals to ensure that we deliver a product that exceeds their expectations.

Yes, you can certainly pause, upgrade, downgrade or cancel your subscription at any time. Business needs may change, and we want to give you the flexibility to adjust your plan accordingly. We do require a 30 days written notice in order to process any pause or cancellation. We will be happy to assist you in this process and make sure that your transition goes smoothly, also we'll make sure to save your data and files, so you can easily pick up where you left off if you decide to re-activate your plan later.

Our team puts a significant amount of time, effort, and expertise into each project, and we strive to deliver a final product that meets or exceeds your expectations. We make sure that you are fully satisfied with the final designs and that your requirements are met. We also have a process of revisions, feedback and approvals that ensures that you are satisfied with the final product. However, if you have any issues or concerns about the service, please let us know, and we'll do our best to resolve them.
